Pearl is a not-for-profit Montessori preschool & early learning community for young families in Bondi looking to give their children the best start in life.

BRIEF
After launching their business, Pearl recognised that they were building something special for the community, but their brand was not communicating the essence of their offering to local families. They were looking to reposition their brand and create a compelling visual identity to match in order to  attract new families and quality staff to their community.

STRATEGY
We reviewed the competitive landscape, target audience and even interviewed staff and enrolled families to uncover the essence of Pearl. Celebrating the individual, embracing and nurturing uniqueness and helping build a thriving, diverse community that grows beyond early learning was at the core of Pearl. These insights led the creative brief from which we rebuilt the brand strategy and expanded the visual assets to make an impact.
